1. Boil filtered water, measure 35 grams of Ceylon black tea for every 1 liter of water, sprinkle the tea on the water surface and steep for 8 minutes, stirring lightly in between, then filter the tea for later use.
2. Measure 200 milliliters of tea water, add 40 grams of creamer and 30 grams of fructose, pour into a shaker and stir until the creamer and fructose are fully mixed and completely dissolved.
3. Weigh 220 grams of ice cubes and place them in the shaker, shake until the sound of the ice colliding becomes uniform, then stop.
4. Pour the shaken milk tea into a cup, seal it, then invert the cup and shake to serve.
