1. Boil filtered water, measure 1/35 of the weight of the water in Ceylon black tea, sprinkle the tea on the water surface and steep for 8 minutes, stirring lightly in between, then filter the tea for later use.

2. Pour 150 ml of the brewed tea into a shaker, add 35 grams of fructose, 220 grams of ice, and shake evenly.

3. Add about two centimeters of milk foam on top of the tea.
