Research and Development of Modern Tea Raw Materials

Responsibilities:

1, responsible for the daily research and development of tea and beverage projects;

2, according to the company's development direction and strategic objectives, research and development results in previous years and the understanding of the tea market, the research and development department of short-term, medium-term research and development plans and product framework;

3, familiar with food raw materials, according to the company's development needs of raw materials research and development work;

4. Grasp the trend of tea products in the market, formulate the research and development direction of new products and implement the development of new products to ensure product quality and taste;

5, responsible for the formulation of reasonable product cost accounting, the company's existing tea, milk tea drinks optimization and improvement;

6. Be responsible for providing technical support for beverage research and development, preparing beverage operation process, and providing effective solutions according to regional differences and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

1.3-6 years of rich experience in research and development of tea products, familiar with the dynamics of the tea market, with major tea brand product research and development experience or working experience in large food material research and development companies is preferred;

2. Love tea research and development, college degree or above, major in tea or food (understand tea) is preferred;

3. Familiar with the research and development of food raw materials;

4, have good communication and expression writing ability, can write product research and development operation manual, operation service personnel training related operation skills;

5. Active and creative thinking, sensitive to the beverage market.
