Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the daily research and development of tea powder project;
2, according to the company's development direction and strategic objectives, research and development results in previous years and the understanding of the tea market, the research and development department of short-term, medium-term research and development plans and product framework;
3, familiar with food raw materials, according to the company's development needs of raw materials research and development work;
4. Grasp the trend of tea products in the market, formulate the research and development direction of new products and implement the development of new products to ensure product quality and taste;
5. Cooperate with the general manager to complete relevant research and development work.
Qualifications:
1.3-6 years of rich experience in research and development of tea powder, familiar with the dynamics of the tea market, with major tea brand product research and development experience or large food material research and development company work experience is preferred;
2. Love tea research and development, college degree or above, major in tea or food (understand tea) is preferred;
3, have good communication and expression writing skills, can write product research and development operation manual, operation service personnel training related operation skills;
4. Active and creative thinking, sensitive to the beverage market.
